“Renewal Notices”

Correspondence sent to the Registrant’s registered email address, providing notification about impending domain renewal, typically sent 30 and 7 days before the renewal date.

“Domain Locks”

Security measures implemented by [Your Company Name] to prevent unauthorized transfers or modifications to registered domains, as described in Clause 16.6.

3. Domain Registration Responsibilities

Where the Contract includes our Domain Registration and Renewal Service:

• We will endeavor to facilitate the registration of the domain name you request.
  • The registrations are serviced by an external entity “Tucows”. Please make sure to familiarrize yourself with their terms as well here.
• We are not liable if the relevant domain name registry refuses to register, suspends, or revokes any registration for the requested domain name.
• We do not act as your agent in dealings with domain name registries.
• The registration and ongoing use of the requested domain name are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant domain name registry, which you should review and comply with.
• It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these terms to ensure compliance.
• The successful registration occurs when you are listed as the registrant on the appropriate “whois” database of the top-level domain name registrar.
• We reserve the right to request a replacement domain name or suspend/terminate our Domain Registration and Renewal Service if we believe, at our discretion, that your chosen name is or may be in bad faith, violates these terms, or any legal/regulatory requirement.
• You confirm ownership or have the authority to use any trademark associated with the requested domain name.

Domain Ownership Confirmation

You confirm and warrant ownership or authorization to use any domain name supplied or authorized by you for website use related to the Hosting Service provided to you.

Domain Renewal Notices and Authorization

• Upon successful registration, you’ll receive renewal notices 30 and 7 days before the renewal date, sent to your registered email address.
• You authorize us to automatically renew the domain name unless you’ve canceled the Domain Registration and Renewal Service as per these terms.

Renewal Pricing and Payment

• The renewal price will be specified in the client administration area’s renewal page, charged to your registered payment method.

Domain Locks Placement

You acknowledge that we may place locks on any domain registered with us at any time, either during or after registration, without further notice to you.

12. Modification of Terms

BroccoliHost retains the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms of Service as deemed necessary. Such modifications may arise due to changes in legal requirements, service enhancements, or business developments. In the event of any modifications to these Terms, BroccoliHost undertakes to notify clients promptly.

Clients will be duly informed of any changes to the Terms of Service through prominent communication channels, which may include but are not limited to email notifications, notifications within the client’s control panel, or notifications posted on the BroccoliHost website. It is the responsibility of clients to review these notifications and familiarize themselves with any updated or revised Terms.

Continued usage of BroccoliHost’s services following the implementation of modified Terms constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these revisions. Clients are encouraged to regularly review the Terms of Service to remain informed of any alterations that may affect their usage of the hosting services provided by BroccoliHost.
